Head of Finance and Controlling
(m/w/d)

Your role and responsibilities:

• Provide Mill Management and Corporate Controlling with timely, accurate, transparent and complete Finance information
• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cost Control and Working Capital Management
• Provide financial guidance, support and expertise to drive the achievement of the mill´s strategic and operational objectives
• Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovations throughout the organization
• Anticipate and proactively address potential financial challenges and opportunities

Your profile:

• Bacheor or Master´s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, controlling, or a similiar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the carton board industry
• Language skills German (mother tongue) and English (full professional proficiency)
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting techniques
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
